What was completely missing was clear explanation
The software access and interface were baffling right from the start as there was no clear explanation about the workflow or functionality. I found it nearly impossible to figure out how to use the calling tools or the dialer because the instructions lacked detail or were vague. There was no proper guidance about how updates would affect the software or what to expect from the database feature, leaving me confused and frustrated. Telephonic support was sporadic and seemed unable to provide satisfactory answers to my technical questions. Additionally, the sign-up process was confusing, and the invoicing procedure was unclear, adding to my dissatisfaction. I kept hoping for a straightforward, user-friendly experience, but instead encountered constant obstacles that made it unusable for me. Without clear instructions or effective assistance, I couldn’t proceed with the software, and it felt like a waste of time and effort to attempt it. In short, the entire experience lacked the clarity needed to make this work for me.
