What surprised me was timing fit, not the content
The training sessions were scheduled without much flexibility, which I expected to struggle with, given my working hours. Surprisingly, the training hours actually matched my available daily slots reasonably well. This was a pleasant surprise, as I could attend the live sessions without significant disruption to my routine. However, the content itself felt a bit dense for the time allotted; it was like cramming too much information into a short period. I found that while the onboarding was conceptually good, the pace wasn't very forgiving if you missed something. Also, there wasn't much allowance for revisiting or practicing in different timeframes outside scheduled classes. If they could offer some recordings or more self-paced options aligned with my own work hours, that would help. Overall, the onboarding is a positive experience but not entirely tailored to varied schedules. The part that really caught me off guard was the timing compatibility, which wasn't something I had thought about initially but turned out to be quite important.
