What surprised me was the ease of access
I found the website pretty easy to navigate when looking for information on WFHI. The product descriptions were straightforward, which helped me understand what to expect. However, I was a bit taken aback by the lack of detailed comparisons with other similar tools. While I could locate most of what I needed, I felt like more examples or user stories would have made everything clearer. Overall, it got the job done but I was hoping for a bit more depth in the sales pitch.
