The support team at WFHI surprised me with how clearly they communicated. Usually, I expect tech support responses to be quite jargon-heavy or vague, but here they took the time to explain things in a way that was understandable. On the other hand, there were times when I needed more detailed follow-ups which took a bit longer to arrive than I hoped. Still, the overall communication was very effective and made me feel like I understood the software workflow better. While they were quick to help, sometimes I wished the explanations were slightly more thorough on complex topics. However, the balance of simplicity and clear instruction definitely made the support experience a positive one. I feel more confident navigating the system now thanks to the clarity they provided, even if the pacing of information delivery could occasionally improve.
