What surprised me was how the onboarding could be clearer in parts
Going through the training and onboarding, I appreciated the structured approach to introducing the software; things were explained pretty systematically, starting from the basics to the dialing tools and database integration. What surprised me slightly was that some instructions felt somewhat technical without enough examples, so I had to pause and rewind sections to really grasp certain workflows, especially around setting up the call lists and using the dialer efficiently. On the other hand, the interactive parts and the support calling in when needed really helped clarify my doubts quickly. I also valued the regular updates to the training materials that reflected changes in the software, which showed a commitment to making sure learners stay current. Compared to other platforms I've seen, this balance of detailed explanation with moments where self-exploration is needed makes sense, although I would prefer fewer assumptions about prior knowledge. The entire onboarding was mostly smooth, but a bit more hand-holding in the complex topics would be great.
