What surprised me was how much clarity I found before signing up
Before purchasing any WFHI product, I naturally had some reservations about whether the software and training would be a good match for my remote workflow needs. What stood out to me was how the sales team and pre-purchase resources provided detailed explanations without overwhelming me or rushing the process. I appreciated the balanced approach where they honestly discussed both the software’s capabilities and limitations. While I initially feared the billing and onboarding might be complicated or slow, the clear invoicing system and seamless sign-up process gave me a lot of confidence. The calls I had with support felt like genuine conversations aiming to ensure I understood all aspects before confirming. Of course, there’s always the unknown about real-world use but based on the upfront confidence I gained from these interactions, I felt ready to commit. The transparency surprised me positively because often sales pitches tend to gloss over potential stumbling blocks, but WFHI didn’t do that.
