What surprised me was how independent I became after training
When I first started the WFHI training and onboarding program, I expected to struggle a lot with setting up the dialer and navigating the database features. The training was detailed enough to guide me through the basic workflow, but I was a bit surprised by how quickly I adapted to the software. The step-by-step instructions helped, but I did wonder whether I might need telephonic support if I encountered more complex issues. Surprisingly, I didn’t feel the need to call for help during the first cycle of automatic updates or while using the calling tools on the dashboard. The invoicing and payment process was clearly explained during onboarding, which was helpful given some previous confusing experiences with other software. Still, I can imagine if there’s a major upgrade or change, I might seek assistance again. Overall, the balance between helping me get started and encouraging independence was a positive surprise. Even though I feel pretty capable now, I am aware that future needs could require telephonic support or more in-depth training sessions.
