What surprised me was how differently it worked compared to before
I signed up expecting the software to at least match what I had used earlier, but that wasn't the case at all. The onboarding flow was slow and the training modules didn’t really prepare me well. I found the dialer confusing; it lacked the intuitiveness I was used to, and connecting calls often failed. The database feature was clunky and did not integrate smoothly with my workflow, which caused delays and frustration. Automatic updates seemed to break some functions rather than improve them. Also, the telephonic support didn’t offer much guidance; waiting on calls was long, and solutions were not satisfactory. To add to that, the invoicing and payment process felt complicated compared to the simplicity I had before. It felt like I was spending more time just figuring out how to use this software than actually working. I can't say I recommend it to anyone who needs consistent and reliable tools for remote workflows because I couldn't get these basic needs fulfilled.
