What surprised me the most was the dialer not connecting properly
I had used other remote workflow software before, but this one really caught me off guard. At the crucial moment when I tried to use the dialer to make calls, it simply didn't connect as expected. Other similar software allowed me seamless connectivity which was vital for my workflow, but here the frustration was intense. Apart from that, the database feature felt underdeveloped, though I can't recall precise issues beyond that occasion because I was so put off that I didn't continue exploring in depth. The onboarding flow seemed overloaded with unnecessary steps, making the whole experience clumsy compared to the efficiency I was used to. Signing up and trying to make sense of the invoicing process also felt unintuitive, causing delays. Overall, the surprise was how a product that promised smooth remote workflows ended up being an obstacle for me, and I haven't felt inclined to invest more time trying to figure it out.
