What Surprised Me About Their Support Was Calm Efficiency
Compared to other services I’ve used before, the telephonic support here seemed genuinely calm and efficient, which I appreciated. The representatives spoke clearly and didn’t rush me through explanations, which is often not the case elsewhere. I found their responses more patient, which made troubleshooting less stressful. That said, the hours when support was available felt a bit limited for my busy schedule, so sometimes I had to wait longer than I wanted. The priority assistance feature was reportedly better but I wish it was better advertised or easier to access. Still, for standard support needs, this was a pleasant change from the hurried service I’ve experienced in the past.
