What surprised me about the payment flow
I wasn’t expecting the order of steps in the billing and payment process to be quite as it was, honestly. Usually, I figure you sign up, add your details, and pay right away, but here it felt like I got pushed around a bit with invoices coming before I really settled on my setup. It was a bit odd at first because I thought the signing and payment would be more linear, but then it all tied together sensibly once I had a chance to check everything on my dashboard. There was a little back and forth in confirming details that could maybe be streamlined, but at least it didn’t leave me hanging. The part that really surprised me was how the system layered automatic updates on top of the process, something I wasn’t expecting to see as part of billing. I guess I ended up appreciating that even if some steps felt a little out of usual order, the whole payment experience was pretty logical once I got used to the flow. It definitely made me think twice about how much pacing matters in such software.
