What surprised me about access
I had high hopes for the WFHI software, but I found it a bit lacking. While the initial access was fine and I appreciated the user-friendly interface, at times, the software felt slow and unresponsive during peak hours. I was expecting something more efficient considering the reviews I'd read. It was frustrating to deal with that lag, but at least the basic functions worked as they should. I guess they need to improve their performance during busy periods.
