What stood out was missing in the software labels
I found that the basic terminology and labels in the WFHI software were mostly logical and straightforward, which helped avoid confusion during daily use. However, there were notable absences where additional explanation would have enhanced clarity — for example, there was no clear indicator on some buttons to signal if they were toggles or simple actions, which sometimes made me hesitate. The database feature likely benefits from more descriptive labels to link related entries and statuses easily. I felt that a little more detail within the interface about upcoming updates or changes would also help users keep pace with modifications during automatic updates. When it comes to calling tools, the labels were sufficient but lacked options or descriptions to customize settings on the fly, limiting flexibility. Though the training compensated for some missing words or labels by elaborating on their purpose, integrating those into the interface would reduce reliance on external explanations. Support calls were helpful in clarifying terminology, but I would have preferred if the software itself was more self-sufficient in communicating what functions did. Overall, while the software was functional and mostly user-friendly in its wording, clearer and more detailed labeling and instructions embedded in the software would improve the experience significantly by removing guesswork for users.
