What stood out was how smooth daily use felt
Everyday use of the software has been generally smooth, which really stands out in my experience. The training and onboarding got me started fine, but what mattered more was how the software performed day-to-day. The calling tools and the dialer worked reliably during my weekly routines, and the database feature integrated well with my workflow. Automatic updates didn’t cause disruptions, which was reassuring. Support was there when I needed them, though it wasn’t something I called often because the software was stable. The invoicing and payment processes were also hassle-free, which made the overall experience less stressful. Although the onboarding was quite standard, it was the consistent performance during everyday use that made the product worth it to me. I’d say that the stability of daily operations was what I appreciated most, as it took away much of the typical worry about software problems cropping up unexpectedly again.
