What really was missing for me

What really was missing for me

I had high expectations about the software, thinking it would seamlessly match the remote workflow I was aiming to establish. Unfortunately, it did not work for me at all. The onboarding process felt scattered and unclear—much harder than I anticipated, especially since I expected a simpler access flow. I struggled to get past the initial setup because the tools did not behave like the demo suggested. Even the dialer and calling tools failed to integrate properly with the rest of my database workflow. I found myself repeatedly waiting for updates, hoping that the automatic fixes would address glitches, but nothing significantly improved. Customer support via phone wasn't much help; they were slow to respond and did not provide satisfactory solutions. I was particularly frustrated with the payment process: the sign-up and invoicing felt unnecessarily complicated, leading to confusion about what I was being charged for. Overall, the software felt incomplete and far from matching what was promised beforehand. I believe others might find it suitable if their needs are simpler, but for my purposes, it simply didn’t deliver. It’s disappointing because the concept is good, but the execution left me feeling stuck and uncertain.
