what really surprised me was the simplicity
So I was a bit skeptical initially about how this wfhi thing would compare to the other setups I've tried before, but honestly what caught me off guard was how straightforward the whole pre-purchase and sales process was. No complicated jargon, no long waits on calls or confusing invoicing — it just felt very direct and easy to grasp. The person on the phone was pretty patient, explained everything in a way that made sense without pushing me too hard to buy immediately. That was a relief since I had often faced high-pressure sales elsewhere. Also, the signup experience was smooth, they didn’t bog me down with too many steps and the payment options were quite clear from the start. The only small gripe I’d mention is that the automatic updates during onboarding sometimes made the interface a little unpredictable, but nothing too disturbing. Overall, it was refreshing to find a system where I wasn’t lost in confusing instructions or endless support calls before even getting started. I’m not saying I’m in love with it, but definitely better than what I expected. Looking forward to seeing how the training will go after this positive start and if the ease of use continues beyond just the initial phase.
