What really surprised me was the communication gap
I had previously used other remote workflow software, expecting WFHI to be at least on par. Unfortunately, the support and communication here were very disappointing. While the software promised assistance over phone, the telephonic support felt slow and unhelpful. Every time I reached out, the response was delayed, and the guidance provided seemed inconsistent. Compared to my prior experience, where onboarding was smoother and updates timely, this felt like a step backward. The automatic updates sometimes disrupted my database integration, causing additional confusion. Onboarding itself was cluttered, and it felt like the system wasn’t designed with clear user interaction in mind. Even the dialer feature, which I was keen to try, had glitches during calls, leading to dropped signals often. The invoicing and payment process was not transparent enough, leaving me unsure about payment confirmations. All of this made me frustrated as I had hoped WFHI would improve my workflow, but it only added complexities. I expected a more professional touch compared to what I'd used before, especially concerning communication and support. It’s unfortunate that something as vital as assistance and clear instructions turned out to be the weakest link here. I was surprised by the lacking follow-up and disorganization during each step. Given my experience, I won’t be recommending WFHI to peers who count on reliable support and smooth transitions when moving to new software.
