What really surprised me was how fast I could actually get started
Looking back after using the software for several weeks, what surprised me most was not how advanced it was, but how quickly I managed to get my workflow up and running. Initially, I was worried about complicated onboarding steps or excessive delays in access. However, the signup process was straightforward and within a couple of days, my access was fully functional. The training modules were helpful in clarifying the software features without overwhelming me, so I didn’t feel lost early on. What I appreciated was that the dialer and calling tools integrated smoothly with my database, which made daily tasks more efficient than I expected. The automatic updates rarely disrupted my work, and the telephonic support was generally responsive when I had questions. Still, I did find one small hiccup in navigating some advanced features—the interface could be a bit more intuitive there. But overall, the speed of getting everything going was the highlight for me. It really set a positive tone and made the transition to remote workflows less intimidating than I had feared. I’d say the combination of timely access and decent guidance was invaluable to establishing my routine.
