What really surprised me during the pre-purchase inquiries
Before investing time and money into WFHI's software and training, I was quite cautious about what to expect. The sales process was more informative than I’d anticipated, which really helped build my confidence. I appreciated that the representatives were honest about what the software could do and where limitations might be. There was a thoughtful unfolding of details about the product features, which allowed me to weigh them carefully against my needs. What surprised me the most was the transparency around the onboarding and support phases—I hadn’t expected that level of clarity. Yes, it took a bit of comparing and thinking through to decide, since I had some prior experience with other platforms that focused mostly on just the software. But by the time I finished going through the pre-purchase training outline, I felt much more sure about how this would work in practice. Overall, that willingness to discuss details freely was the biggest factor in my feeling at ease with my decision.
