What really surprised me after all this time
Looking back after several weeks of using the software and undergoing the onboarding process, several things stood out more than I initially expected. The day-to-day experience was smoother than I had anticipated but also more intense at moments, particularly with the calling tools and the dialer. At first, I underestimated how often I’d need to rely on updates that came through automatically. Their regular introduction actually helped keep things running without my needing to intervene often. On the other hand, the database feature was surprisingly flexible, allowing me to customize aspects of my workflow that I hadn’t thought possible. What also genuinely surprised me was how much the telephonic support team became an integral part of my routine troubleshooting, beyond just the initial start-up questions. The invoicing and payment process was, in my experience, seamless and well-timed. Reflecting, I realize that initial expectations gave me only part of the picture. The training helped build a foundation but the real benefits became clear through ongoing practical use and small learnings each day. This evolving realization has made the whole software and training combination valuable for me.
