What really surprised me about their support response
When I first started with WFHI, I assumed the support would be as responsive and knowledgeable as in the platforms I had used before, but I was caught off guard by a particular moment that really stuck with me. During a critical time when I needed to troubleshoot a problem with the dialer, I expected the support line to offer quick and effective solutions based on my past experiences. Instead, the call left me waiting on hold far longer than usual, with vague responses that didn’t seem to address the issue directly. I was surprised because I had heard good things about telephonic support here, but it felt disconnected and unhelpful at that moment. The lack of detailed guidance was frustrating, especially since the problem impacted how I accessed the database feature essential to my workflow. Beyond that call, the general communication seemed slower and less clear than I anticipated. The training was adequate but didn’t prepare me for how inconsistent the day-to-day experience would be when it came to resolving issues. Sign-up, invoicing, and the payment process were the only parts without issues, handled smoothly. That one unexpected letdown in support left me doubting if the software would become reliable for long-term use. So that surprised me the most—how a single interaction around support could change the whole impression despite other elements working reasonably.
