what really surprised me about the onboarding flow
When I started with the WFHI software and training, I wasn’t sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by how the steps were mostly in a sensible order. Signing up and invoicing happened smoothly, and the training picked up from there in a way that seemed logical rather than overwhelming. Usually, these things throw you all at once but here it felt paced well, which surprised me. However, the dialer and calling tools took a bit longer for me to get comfortable with, which was unexpected since the initial setup was so streamlined. I guess I had assumed all features would be equally intuitive. There was one small hiccup with the automatic updates initially, which disrupted my workflow briefly. Overall, though, the process felt more natural than some other remote work software I’ve tried before. It left me curious about what more I might discover using WFHI regularly.
