What really stood out was how it fit my irregular hours
The training and onboarding with WFHI were quite fitting for how my workday actually shaped up, which honestly surprised me in the best way. I’d worried the sessions would be too rigid or only during set hours, but the flexibility they offered really stood out. At times, I found myself jumping back and forth between modules based on when I was free, which isn’t something I’d expected to be so seamless. I kept circling back to the one main thing: the training didn’t just happen once and done, it truly matched the unpredictability of my schedule. Despite a bit of hopping around the portal and sometimes unclear flow between modules, the overall setup respected how people actually work and not just some theoretical pattern. It felt like they understood that hours aren’t always regular, and having that leeway meant I was able to digest content better. So when I think about all the onboarding and training, it’s the timing flexibility that I really appreciated and would point out as the biggest plus in my experience.
