what I thought vs what I got in onboarding
I was expecting a pretty streamlined onboarding since the website promised quick support, but honestly it was a mix. The first few days were nice, they responded to most of my questions within a day, which I appreciated since I needed to get the setup right to start using their tools. However, when I reached out about integrating the dialer with my existing calling lists, the responses slowed down and I got the usual automated answers more than real help. The training videos helped with the basics, but some of the advanced features like the database syncing weren’t covered well, so I had to figure those out myself. Overall, I feel the responsiveness was good at the start but less consistent later, which made me a bit frustrated. The automatic updates were smooth and I liked that part because I didn’t have to do much manually. So, it was a bit of a mixed bag: some support was really helpful, other times it felt like I was on my own. Given that, I’d say onboarding worked okay but could definitely be better in follow up and advanced training detail.
