What I had in mind vs what actually happened
Honestly, when I first looked into the software, I had a pretty clear picture of how it was supposed to work. The idea of a smooth onboarding and easy-to-use sales call dialer really got me excited. And to be fair, setting up the database and getting the calling tools to work was simpler than I expected. The automatic updates also seemed to happen in the background without much fuss, which is a plus. But then there were things that were a bit off. For instance, the telephonic support was hit and miss; sometimes the responses felt slow or like they didn’t quite get my issue. Invoicing and payment processes were mostly fine but occasionally felt more complicated than necessary, especially when trying to sort out the billing details. So, in the end, I would say it’s a mixed bag. The parts that match expectations make it worth trying, but some bumps along the way mean it isn’t perfect or exactly like what I thought I’d get.
