what i found missing in support was more consistent follow-up
Before using the service, I expected support to be reachable quickly and to match the promptness suggested during initial talks. While the telephonic support was generally polite and willing to help, I noticed that sometimes follow-ups were lacking. After explaining issues a couple of times, I felt like I had to push for updates instead of receiving them proactively. At times, this made me question whether they fully understood the problem or if it was being tracked diligently. The communication was clear when I was able to connect with a support person, but there were occasional delays that did not match my expectations. The automatic updates seemed fine and did not cause noticeable interruptions, so I will say that aspect was handled adequately. Overall, what was missing for me was consistent communication on open issues and more attentive follow-through rather than allowing the customer to initiate every check-in. This reduced my confidence a little, though I admit the service did resolve most problems eventually. Still, the experience lacked the proactive care I hoped would come with a professional support system.
