What I expected vs What I got: Support was hard work but reassuring
I approached WFHI with certain expectations about support and communication. Initially, I presumed the support would be quick and mostly hands-off, given it’s a remote setup, which made me slightly anxious. However, throughout the process, the telephonic support required a bit more effort on my part than I anticipated; I had to explain my issues multiple times before getting the exact help I sought. Despite that, by the end, I felt genuinely confident using the software and navigating through invoicing and payment. The communication was clear but involved several follow-up calls and sometimes waiting to connect with someone who could solve particular problems. In comparison to other services I have used, this system demanded more active participation to reach solutions, which was a bit tiring. Yet, the overall clarity and dedication they showed built my trust gradually. So while it was more effort than I initially planned, the outcome justified sticking with it.
