What I Expected vs What I Got: Mixed Feelings
Initially, I thought the explanations during the sales process would be more thorough, especially since the software and its workflow capabilities seemed complex. The sign-up was straightforward, and I appreciated how invoicing was handled clearly. However, once I began using the calling tools, I noticed some gaps between my expectations and what was delivered. For instance, the dialer worked fine but sometimes felt sluggish, which impacted efficiency during peak calls. Also, the database feature was adequate but lacked some customization I was hoping for. The training sessions were somewhat helpful but could have been more interactive to match different learning speeds. Automatic updates happened smoothly without disrupting my ongoing work, which was a plus. Telephonic support was available but occasionally slow to respond when I had urgent queries. Overall, while the product did serve most of its advertised functions, there were moments where it didn’t quite meet my expectations in practical use, leading to this balanced viewpoint.
