What I expected vs what I got from support communication
When I first signed up, I expected the support communication to be clear and straightforward, much like the onboarding I had experienced with other software platforms. Initially, I felt the explanations provided during the setup were good – the trainer walked me through the database feature and the dialer pretty well. However, when I called telephonic support later with some questions about automatic updates and invoice processing, things were less clear. The person on the line seemed to have limited details and repeated some parts instead of offering new insight. Over the week, I found that the calling tools worked reliably, so that part met my expectations. The sign-up and payment process were explained adequately upfront, so I felt prepared there. But overall, the clarity from support varied; some parts were smooth, others a bit muddled. I guess I expected consistent detailed explanations at all stages, but that was not quite the case. I appreciate the effort, but more thorough communication would improve the experience. This mixed outcome means I am cautiously optimistic about continuing with WFHI for now.
