What I expected vs what I actually got from the training hours
When I signed up for the training and onboarding program, I was expecting something that fit within my actual work hours, which usually range from early morning to late afternoon. To my satisfaction, the WFHI training schedule mostly matched this expectation. The sessions were distributed throughout the week in a way that allowed me to attend live without having to compromise my ongoing work. I noticed that certain parts of the onboarding, especially the software walkthroughs and training on the dialer, were timed to accommodate our typical Indian workday. The hours set were consistent and made it possible to keep a steady workflow without sacrificing training. Additionally, the automated updates for the software did not disrupt the training timetable, which was useful because that was a concern for me initially. Overall, the training aligned well with the hours I work daily, enabling smooth integration of learned processes into my routines. The experience was straightforward and free from time conflicts.
