Before starting with WFHI, I had a fairly straightforward expectation: I needed solid software that could manage remote workflows without too much hassle and training that was clear but not overly simplistic. What I received met this in many ways—the onboarding flow was structured and quite user-friendly, and the software itself, including the dialer and database, functioned smoothly day to day. The automatic updates made sure I never faced outdated tools, which was important for me. Invoicing and payment handling were also well organised and transparent, which aligned with my hopes. That said, I did find some scope for improvement in the telephonic support, which wasn’t always as immediate or personalized as I imagined. The training was good, but occasionally a bit general rather than tailored to specific workflows. Still, the overall package felt solid and definitely close to my original expectations. It’s clear WFHI prioritizes software quality and training, not employment guarantees, which makes sense given the service offered. So, while not flawless, the experience largely fit what I was aiming for and I’ll keep exploring it further.
