What I expected versus what I got with WFHI
Honestly, before I decided to go with WFHI, I thought the sales and pre-purchase discussions would be a bit rigid and maybe not as flexible around my weird work hours. I was kind of worried that the process would clash with the times I'm actually free, but surprisingly that wasn’t the case. The initial demos and walkthroughs they provided fit into my schedule quite well, and even the invoicing process was straightforward enough to not cause any headaches. I was quite impressed by how the software updates rolled out automatically, so I didn't have to worry about downtime. The supportive calls I made also happened around times that suited me, which wasn’t something I took for granted. I guess, initially I was expecting the typical chase and pressure that comes with any sales process, but here it was calm and considerate of my availability. Reflecting back, what I expected versus what I actually got was much better, especially in terms of work-hour compatibility. If there was one thing I kept going back to in my head, it was that, and thankfully it was handled well.
