What I expected versus what I actually experienced
When I initially signed up, I was excited about the training and onboarding as it was supposed to be straightforward and well-structured. The initial sessions covered some basics well enough and gave me useful insights into navigating the database feature. However, I quickly realized the training did not fully match the expectations I had. The onboarding flow felt fragmented; some tools I expected to use right away, like the dialer, took longer to get set up than I thought they would. Although the automatic updates seemed to run smoothly in the background, I found that the telephonic support was not as responsive as promised, which made troubleshooting frustrating. The sign-up and payment process were probably the most solid parts; they went through without much hassle or delay. I appreciate that the training did provide some useful steps for managing remote workflows, but I feel it could be better aligned with what is promoted before buying. Overall, the experience left me a little disappointed as I was hoping for a more seamless introduction to the software and features.
