What I expected versus actual billing experience
When I signed up for WFHI software, my expectation was that the billing and payments would match my actual working hours and sessions on the platform. The invoicing appeared clear at first and the payment process itself was mostly smooth, with automated receipts coming through regularly. However, as I used the calling tools and dialer over the course of my week, I noticed that some charges reflected periods when I was not actively working. This misalignment between my real usage hours and the billed hours was a bit disappointing because I had hoped to be charged more precisely for actual usage. On the positive side, the dashboard allowed me to track some of the calls and database accesses, which helped me understand my pattern of activity. The training material did an okay job explaining how the billing cycle would work but could have stressed more on how the system logs hours. I also appreciated the telephonic support whenever I had questions, although it was sometimes hard to get through at peak times. Overall, the billing system functions well for general scenarios but does not yet entirely fit my workflow hours perfectly, which leaves me a small reservation about full accuracy in invoicing.
