What I expected and what I got: a frustrating mismatch

Before signing up for the software, I had a clear expectation of an easy-to-navigate platform that would seamlessly match my remote workflow needs. The onboarding sequences promised simplicity and efficiency. However, upon accessing the application, I found it complex and counterintuitive compared to what was advertised. The database feature, which was pivotal for my daily tasks, did not integrate well with the dialer as I thought it would. Automatic updates were supposed to keep the software fresh, yet they often disrupted my work mid-session. Telephonic support was unreliable, leaving me waiting on hold or disconnected several times. Invoicing and payment processes seemed straightforward initially, but I encountered delays in receiving invoices, which added to my frustration. Essentially, what I envisioned before signing up versus the actual experience was quite different. I wanted a streamlined experience but got something that added complications and inconsistency. The promise of priority assistance seemed distant, and the communication I received was sporadic at best. Overall, the software did not work for me as I had expected from the onboarding materials and their descriptions.
