What felt truly missing in the onboarding
I was really looking forward to getting started with the WFHI training and onboarding software, hoping it wouldn't take forever to get myself set up properly. But honestly, it felt like ages before I could even figure out the basics. The training modules seemed so straightforward on their own, but in practice, I kept hitting roadblocks. The onboarding flow promised an easy start, but I was still trying to find my footing well after the initial steps. What frustrated me the most was going back and forth across the materials, as if I never got a solid grasp of anything upfront. I was expecting a more guided introduction, but instead, I felt like I was piecing things together with little real support or clarity offered early on. It kept circling back to the fact that I wasn't progressing the way I hoped, and it made me think the initial phase lacked the concrete structure and pacing I needed. Overall, it took a lot longer than I imagined to feel even somewhat comfortable using this training, and that slow buildup really dampened my enthusiasm going forward.
