WFHI training stands out as very practical compared to older systems
From my side, using WFHI's training modules felt quite different from what I've dealt with earlier. Before this, I was used to very scripted, often dry onboarding where you barely get to interact with the software during instruction. Here, the trainers promoted a conversational style that allowed me to understand not just the 'how' but the 'why' of the system features. The database functions, calling tools, and dialer integration all seemed more accessible because the training was designed to mirror an actual workflow instead of generic demos. That said, some of the interface details still require getting used to and the software has some quirks that previous platforms handled more simply. Overall, though, WFHI is definitely a step up in ensuring users are confident and competent in using the tools, which was a notable change from my earlier experiences with remote workflow software. So, the verdict is straightforward: this training actually prepares you better for day-to-day work than what I had seen before.
