WFHI software works fine
I’ve been using the WFHI software every day for a few weeks now, and my experience has mostly been uneventful, which is a good sign. The dialer is reliable enough that I don't think twice when making calls; there haven’t been unexpected disconnects or lag. The database feature, which helps me track all my contacts, fits neatly into my workflow and doesn’t slow me down. Automatic updates have come through regularly but haven’t disrupted anything, so I’m glad the process is smooth on the background. The onboarding was straightforward, and after completing the initial training, I haven’t needed much help. When I have called support, their responses have been prompt and helpful, though typically I don’t make many calls to them anymore. Payments and invoicing were handled digitally and without fuss. All in all, the software behaves as I expected day to day. I have gone through this cycle of learning and using it before with different services, so it just fits the pattern I’m used to. I’m continuing with it as part of my routine.
