WFHI software performs well, small quibble
After using WFHI software for a few weeks, I found it to be quite streamlined compared to what I'd used before for managing remote workflows. The onboarding process was smoother and clearer, and the training materials were more concise, which helped me get up to speed quickly without a lot of confusion. The dialer function integrated nicely with the database, making calls and tracking contacts efficient tasks. One thing I noticed was that some features I'd grown used to previously weren't quite as flexible here, like specific customization options in the database layout. That said, the automatic updates kicked in without fuss and seemed well timed, so I didn't feel interrupted during working hours. Telephonic support was generally helpful with quick responses, although occasionally I wished for a bit more in-depth clarity on certain functions. The sign-up and payment process was straightforward and transparent; receiving invoices promptly helped me keep accounts clear. Overall, I'd rate the software very positively, but those subtle missing customization details kept it from being perfect. Still, for the price and the continual improvements they provide, I find this a solid choice to manage fragmented remote work environments more fluidly.
