WFHI compared to what I’ve used before: decent enough
From my experience, WFHI's sign-up and invoicing process is straightforward but nothing particularly revolutionary compared to other remote workflow tools I've encountered. The calling tools and dialer are reliable for basic needs but lack some advanced features I’ve seen elsewhere. Their database integration is adequate, fitting into workflows without much fuss, though it doesn’t really stand out. What I find somewhat tiresome is the setup sequence; it's okay but could be streamlined better. Automatic updates do their job quietly in the background, so I don't have much to say there either. Telephonic support is helpful but sometimes slow to respond, which I’ve heard complaints about before. The training was useful, covering fundamentals well, but not much beyond that. Overall, I won't say it's poor or excellent — just decent, probably suitable for most users who aren’t looking for cutting-edge stuff. I won't get excited about it, but I won’t dismiss it either, so that’s the verdict I’ll stick to.
