Well-structured steps but maybe not for everyone
The sales and pre-purchase process at WFHI followed a fairly logical order, starting from sign-up, moving to onboarding and training, and then onto using the software full-time. I found this flow intuitive because it didn’t rush me into the tools before I understood them properly through training. The dialer and database features were explained along the way, which helped me feel ready. Payment and invoicing were easy to navigate, which I appreciated as well. My only small reservation is that if someone is very experienced or wants a faster start, the steps might seem a bit slow or repetitive. But for someone who values a clear, guided approach, this setup would suit them well. Customer support was available if needed, though I didn’t have to use it much. So overall, it’s a solid process that works well for those new or moderately experienced with remote workflow software.
