Well-structured sales pitch but order of steps felt off

The sales process started strong with clear information about what the software and training entailed, which was helpful. However, the steps to finalize the purchase felt out of sequence and somewhat confusing. For instance, I was asked to select a payment option before fully understanding the software features in action, which seemed premature. There was also some backtracking required to clarify details about invoicing after receiving initial documents. This unnecessary repetition slowed down my decision-making process. On the plus side, the customer support available on the phone was responsive, answering basic queries about the product and sign-up. Unfortunately, this did not fully compensate for the disorganized flow I encountered during pre-purchase steps. In general, there was a mismatch between the structured sales narrative and how the actual interaction progressed. The process could benefit from a more linear presentation of information that builds progressively towards committing to the purchase. For potential customers, this might reduce confusion or hesitation. I acknowledge the responsiveness of support was good though, so that was a positive. Still, I felt the overall experience could have been much smoother and better sequenced for easier understanding and decision-making.
