Well-structured onboarding, though might suit only some users
The training and onboarding process provided by WFHI was thoughtfully organized, with most steps following a logical sequence. I appreciated how they began with the basics of the software, gradually moving towards more complex tools like the calling dialer and database integration. The explanations were clear and easy to follow, which helped me build confidence at each stage. However, I noticed that the pace was somewhat fast at times, jumping quickly from one feature to the next, which could be overwhelming for users who are newer to technology or remote workflows. Additionally, there was limited flexibility to revisit certain training modules once completed, which could pose a challenge for those who learn best by reviewing content multiple times. On the plus side, the inclusion of automatic updates eased the stress of manually managing software versions during the onboarding. This well-ordered approach to training will likely suit self-motivated users who are comfortable moving swiftly through lessons, but perhaps less so those who prefer a slower, more supportive introduction to new software.
