Well laid out with one little hiccup
Hey! So, about the training and onboarding with WFHI – I gotta say, the steps made pretty good sense overall. It kinda feels like they’ve put thought into the order so you don’t get totally confused early on. Starting with basics like setting up the database followed by how to use the dialer was definitely the right move. The bit I wasn’t too sure about was the jump from training to real-life application where I felt a little left to figure things out on my own. Maybe a hands-on practical example at that point would’ve helped a lot. But other than that, the user guides felt clear and the onboarding flow kept me moving at a steady pace. The invoicing and sign-up part was pretty standard and didn’t cause much fuss. Support calls were easy to get through, which is always good. All in all, I’d recommend it mostly because their process is easy to follow, with just that small thing that could be improved when you start working independently.
