Weighing the wait against some occasional clarity
I took a look at the sales and pre-purchase setup with cautious interest. The process had me waiting quite a bit, especially when trying to figure out the invoicing options; it felt like the same information was being repeated several times during the onboarding calls. That said, the telephonic support was at least available when I needed clarification, which was a relief. Navigating the sign-up forms was straightforward enough, but the waiting during the dialing tool setup became a bit frustrating. I suppose the automatic updates helped with the software's overall stability. Still, the flow could have been a lot more seamless, and the repeated steps didn't help my patience. It was a mixed experience overall, tinged more with the tedious side than anything else, although the choice of training resources did show some promise for new users. Mostly, I felt bogged down by the time it took just to get moving with the database features and calling tools.
