Way too much effort just to find simple info
Trying to get a clear understanding of what the WFHI software package included before purchase was a frustrating experience. The website navigation was confusing, and the product descriptions were often vague or overly complex. It took me a lot of time and effort to piece together exactly what features were offered, which left me doubting whether this platform would actually suit my needs. I was expecting easy access to information about the dialer and database integration specifically, but I found myself digging through multiple pages with no clear guidance. There was no straightforward FAQ or comparison tool to help clarify things in one place. Because of this, my decision process was slower than I anticipated, and the time spent evaluating the offerings seriously tested my patience. In the end, I felt the process did not live up to expectations of straightforwardness, which was a disappointment at the very first step of engaging with the software.
