way too much effort compared to before
Honestly the onboarding took way longer than I ever expected. I've used other software like this before, and getting them set up and trained felt a lot simpler. This time, I had to go through multiple sessions just to understand the basics of the remote workflow. The training instructions were sometimes unclear, which forced me to replay parts or wait for extra help. They're not completely bad, I’ll admit some of the training modules were detailed enough to be helpful if you put in the time. But it felt like I was constantly chasing the next step, and the flow wasn’t as smooth as what I’ve seen elsewhere. The dialer setup was a pain point, it kept giving errors until I manually reconfigured it, which slowed down the process further. Once I finally got through, some automatic updates disrupted my configurations, causing more delays. Overall, I expected less hassle given this is paid software with training included, but onboarding definitely didn’t feel better than before. The call tools worked okay once setup finished, but the bumpy ride made me question if it’s worth sticking with it consistently.
