Way more effort than what I expected from software
Compared to others I have used before, this software felt like a heavy lift from day one. Setting up access wasn’t straightforward and required jumping through many hoops just to get the basics working. The dialer wasn’t as user-friendly as I hoped; syncing it with the database felt cluttered and unintuitive. Even after spending hours trying to configure it, I found the interface confusing, which meant extra time was lost just figuring out the fundamental features. I often felt like I was the one who had to make it work rather than the software helping me get on with my tasks. On top of that, automatic updates sometimes disrupted what I had set, leading to repeated adjustments. The payment process was smooth but didn’t make up for the effort the rest took. In contrast to previous tools I’ve used that felt designed to be straightforward, this demanded way more patience and persistence than I expected. Honestly, I kept wondering if all that time and energy would be worth it, because the experience was definitely a grind from the beginning through to regular use.
