Wasn’t what I hoped; support didn’t match past experiences
Having used other similar services before, I expected a more seamless and responsive approach based on those prior experiences, but this one didn’t quite measure up for me. The telephonic support was not as prompt as I’d hoped; sometimes the wait was longer and the conversation felt a bit circular, as if my concerns were not fully understood. Compared to what I was used to, the communication style and problem resolution seemed lacking in clarity and patience. The software itself had its moments but combined with these support issues, it negatively colored my overall experience. I guess it boils down to my expectations not being met, which makes it hard to recommend confidently.
