Wasn't totally sold at first but gradually got a better grasp
When I started looking into the WFHI software, I wasn't quite sure how confident I should be about it. The sales and pre-purchase process provided some useful information, but at times the promises and explanations felt a bit vague, so I was a little hesitant. As I moved deeper into the onboarding and training phase, the calling tools and dialer started to feel more intuitive, and I noticed automatic updates that helped keep things running smoothly. That moment when it clicked was partly thanks to the telephonic support, which answered my questions patiently, though sometimes the explanations were a bit technical and required me to ask again. Still, the database feature fits my workflow better than I expected. Signing up and handling invoicing was reasonably easy, yet I wasn’t completely sure until I had actually tried the software for a full week. Now I’d say I am more confident, but there are moments I still feel like I don’t fully use every feature. Overall, it was a gradual process rather than an instant click for me.
